Michelle Gilbourne is the firm’s managing principal.  Michelle holds a first class honours BCL Degree from University College Cork and holds the title of College Scholar UCC. Michelle pursued a Masters in Law at UCC where she achieved first class honours for her Masters (LLM) thesis. Michelle has completed an Advanced Diploma in Civil Litigation and a certificate in Commercial Contracts with the Law Society of Ireland. Michelle has gained extensive experience in general practice including personal injury litigation (medical negligence, motor accident claims, workplace accidents and employment law disputes), property transactions, wills, probate and estates, licensing, family law. Michelle represents private clients, property developers,  entrepreneurs, publicans,  farmers and more.
