We comply with Law Society Regulations. We will give you a written estimate of our fees and outlays as soon as practical. Once we are retained as your Solicitors we will deal with your affairs efficiently and we will keep you upto date as matters progress.

If we receive money from you or on your behalf we will hold this money in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Regulations. If you make a written complaint we will review your file and reply in writing as quickly as possible.
